With Priority Ringing you can give preference to your clients or to other important people in your life.
Program your phone with 10 pre-selected numbers so that when one of these special people calls, your phone will ring in a distinctive pattern.
All other calls will ring in a normal pattern.

Repeat Dialing
How would you like your telephone to redial busy numbers for you and alert you with a special ring when they are available?
Repeat Dialing will keep trying up to 10 busy numbers for up to 30 minutes each, so you can handle other tasks and even make other calls.

Selective Call Acceptance
Block unwanted calls without turning off your telephone with Selective Call Acceptance.
Keep your private time private by limiting calls to those to whom you want to speak.
You can program up to 10 telephone numbers within your Service Area that you want to receive; all other calls will be routed to a recorded announcement advising them that you're not accepting calls at this time.
You also have the option of forwarding the other calls to another telephone number.

Important calls will follow you to your destination.

Anonymous Call Rejection
If you subscribe to Caller ID, it is because you want to see the identity of the calling party.
However, some people choose to block the identity of their number.
Now you can choose not to receive calls from unidentified numbers.
Anonymous Call Rejection routes calls from blocked numbers to a recorded announcement advising the caller that you do not accept anonymous calls.
The recording also advises callers on how to unblock their number in order to reach you.

Call Hold will allow you to put the first party on hold and call a second party.

You can even go back and forth between the two.

Call Return
Call Return is ideal for anyone who has difficulty getting to the phone while it's ringing.
When you miss a call, just dial a simple code.
The number of the last person who called you will automatically be called back.
If that line is busy, Call Return will keep trying for up to 30 minutes.

Call Transfer
Call Transfer lets you transfer a call to another party — quickly and easily.
Your line is then available to receive other calls.
If you get a busy signal or no answer while attempting to transfer a call, one press of the Flash, will join the busy signal or ringing line with you and the original party.
Press Flash again to drop the busy signal or ringing line.
You will remain connected to your original party.

Call Waiting/Cancel
With the Call Waiting/Cancel feature, you won't miss another call when you're on the phone.
Cancel Call Waiting deactivates call waiting for the duration of the call.
When call waiting is active, a short tone lets you know that a second call is waiting.
The party calling you will hear the usual ringing signal.
After 10 seconds, you will hear another short tone as a reminder.
Connecting to your second call is as easy as pressing the Flash key.

Advanced Features
Call Trace
Call Trace is for customers who want to discourage harassing or bothersome calls.
This feature provides assistance to law enforcement agencies when harassing phone calls need to be investigated.
SureWest will not release Call Trace information to any customer. SureWest will only release Call Trace information to the law enforcement agency handling the harassment complaint.

Do Not Disturb
Are you often too busy to be interrupted by phone calls?
Would you like to have a "Do Not Disturb" sign on your phone?
This feature provides you with all the quiet time you need.
When activated, your telephone won't ring because all incoming calls are directed to a recorded announcement advising callers that you're not receiving calls at this time.

Interstate Toll Restriction
Toll Restriction with Limited Operator Access restricts calls made to locations outside California.
Toll calls to locations outside California cannot be made from your phone unless it is a credit card, third party or collect call billing to another number.
